Esalen workshops are designed to facilitate self-exploration, personal growth, and healing in a group setting. They are led by visiting faculty who represent a spectrum of disciplines, experiences, and perspectives. Scholarships are available for those who need financial support in order to experience Esalen. Our Self-Guided Explorations programs are designed for those who wish to do their internal work outside of a group setting in a slightly less structured program. Enjoy classes led by an Esalen staff member or a visiting teacher, with plenty of time for leisurely engagement with the magical amenities of the sacred land Esalen resides on. Scholarships are also available to those who choose this option.
